No. Initial consultations are free of charge.
Q: For print
jobs or promotional product orders, what are the payment terms?
A:
50% of the total order cost plus shipping and setup charges are
paid at the time of the order. The balance is due at the time
of delivery. On some types of orders, it may be necessary to collect
a larger percentage in advance.
Q: How do I ensure
my logo, custom printing, or promotional products imprinting are
correct?
A:
We will give you a final proof of any design work and you will
inspect and authorize it. It is very important that the final
proof be inspected carefully by you because once the design work
is submitted for final production, your authorization transfers
the risk of mistakes to you. Of course, final product that doesn't
match your authorized proof is our burden to correct.
Q: How long will
it take for my order to be completed and delivered?
A:
It depends on the type of product or printing you request. Many
services can be rushed and completed in 2-3 days (extra charges
may apply). Normally it takes 1-2 weeks to complete a standard
order.
Q: Why don't
you have a comprehensive list of ALL the products and services you
offer with corresponding prices?
A: With
over 750,000 different promotional products, and an infinite number
of custom printing and design options, there are too many variables
to even attempt to quantify. Many of the products have prices
that change frequently, so it is necessary to reverify prices
even on identical reorders of previous products.
However! In many cases,
this works to your advantage because prices both rise and fall.
